Refund Policy – KK Aesthetics & Beauty Academy

At KK Aesthetics & Beauty Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality treatments and training courses. Due to the nature of our services, all bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment or course place. Deposits are strictly non-refundable; however, they may be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

 

All treatment payments are non-refundable, as results can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results, but we will always aim to support you with aftercare advice or a review appointment where appropriate. We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit, and missed appointments or no-shows may be charged in full.

For training courses, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Course dates may be transferred if more than 7 days’ notice is given; however, cancellations made within 7 days of the course or failure to attend will result in the loss of the full payment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are suitable for treatment or training. No refunds will be issued if a client is deemed unsuitable on the day due to medical reasons or undisclosed contraindications.

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, transfers may be considered at management discretion, and proof may be required.
