BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY KK Aesthetics & Beauty Academy BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your training date. Failure to pay may result in loss of your booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule. Late changes may result in loss of your deposit. Only one transfer is permitted per booking. NON-ATTENDANCE Failure to attend your course without notice will result in full loss of payment. No refunds or transfers will be given. COURSE REQUIREMENTS Students must meet any required prerequisites and may be asked to provide proof of qualifications. We reserve the right to refuse training if requirements are not met. HEALTH & SAFETY All students must follow health and safety procedures. Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. CERTIFICATION Certificates are issued upon successful completion of both theory and practical assessments. LIABILITY KK Aesthetics & Beauty Academy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by negligence. Students must obtain appropriate insurance before treating clients. AGREEMENT By booking, you agree to this policy.
